Shipping & delivery policy.

1. Processing

DFRST ordinarily packs and hands an order to its delivery partner within 24 hours of order placement. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where an order requires verification.

2. Delivery estimates

Once handed to the courier, delivery within India is ordinarily estimated at 4–7 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Serviceability and transit time depend on the delivery address and the carrier assigned to the order.

3. Delivery charges

• Prepaid orders below ₹1,500 carry an ₹80 flat delivery charge.
• Prepaid orders of ₹1,500 or more carry a ₹0 delivery charge.

The ₹1,500 threshold applies to the order value shown at checkout after any eligible discount. A ₹0 delivery charge means delivery is free for prepaid orders.

4. Cash on delivery

COD is available where supported by the delivery partner and the delivery pincode. It may be unavailable for an order where checkout risk controls require prepaid payment.

Every COD order carries a flat ₹80 delivery charge, regardless of order value. This charge is shown at checkout and included in the total payable on delivery. The prepaid free-delivery threshold does not apply to COD orders.

5. Tracking

A tracking link is sent after the order is handed to the courier. The carrier may vary by order; DFRST does not use a single exclusive courier service.

6. Returns & exchanges

Eligible full-price items may be requested for return within 72 hours of delivery, subject to a ₹150 reverse-pickup and handling fee.
