These terms govern use of dfrst.in and purchases made through the site.
1. Agreement
By accessing dfrst.in or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this site. DFRST is a brand of MK Jeans, registered at 4/4992, Saifi Street, Surat, 395003, Gujarat, India. GSTIN: 24GGHPS7174G1ZX.
2. Use of the site
The site may be used by persons aged 18 or above, or by a minor with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Customers must provide complete and accurate order and contact information and must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the site or its services.
3. Orders, pricing & acceptance
Prices are displayed in INR. An order confirmation records that DFRST has received an order; it does not guarantee acceptance, stock availability, or fulfilment. DFRST may correct a listing or pricing error, refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment, or contact the customer where an ordered item becomes unavailable.
4. Payment & COD
Prepaid payments are processed through Razorpay. COD is available only for supported pincodes and eligible orders. Every COD order carries a flat ₹80 COD charge, including orders of ₹1,500 or more. The final amount is displayed before the order is placed. See the shipping & delivery policyfor the applicable charges.
5. Cancellations, returns & exchanges
Cancellation requests are available while an item remains unfulfilled. Eligible full-price items may be requested for voluntary return within 72 hours of delivery, subject to a ₹150 reverse-pickup and handling fee. One size or style exchange for an available variant on the same product page is free. Requests are reviewed before a pickup, replacement, exchange, or refund is arranged. 6. Intellectual property
All site content, photography, design, and copy belongs to DFRST / MK Jeans and may not be reused without permission.
7. Availability & liability
DFRST may change, suspend, or withdraw site content where reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, DFRST is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or delays outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays and events of force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or forum available under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
DFRST may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. An order remains subject to the version presented when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with the customer.
